Five years of experience in consulting (consumer goods, insurance, pharma), founded five own companies including THE ICONIC, Berliner Berg Craft Beer, Sportsecondhand, Valmano and Petobel. Entrepreneur and CEO for 7 years with a strong passion for product, brand, technology and consumer goods.

Fabian Friede

ADVISOR & FOUNDER

Nine years of experience building businesses and leading international teams in various industries (marketplaces, eCommerce, tech and more). Fabian founded three own companies with a strong passion for creating value for customers & patients.

Medical Advisory Board

The Medical Advisory Board comprises renowned experts in pain therapy, palliative medicine, neurology and pharmacology.
We are united by the goal to better understand the therapy and needs of our patients and to establish an individualized therapy within the framework of cross-sector treatment concepts with cannabis. Another focus of our work is to detect medical evidence, the reduction of bureaucracy, advanced training for doctors and the development of further dosage forms.

Prof. Dr. Kirsten Müller-Vahl

Prof. Dr. Kirsten Müller-Vahl is Professor of Psychiatry at the Department of Psychiatry, Social Psychiatry and Psychotherapy at the Hannover Medical School (MHH) in Germany. She is a specialist in neurology and adult psychiatry. For more than 20 years, she has been involved in research on the effects of cannabinoids on humans and is a founding member of the International Association for Cannabinoid Medicines (IACM).
Prof.-Dr.-Thomas-Herdegen

Prof. Dr. Thomas Herdegen

Prof. Dr. Thomas Herdegen is a professor at Kiel University (CAU) and heads the Neuropharmacology Section at the Institute for Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology. Prof. Dr. Herdegen’s research interests include the intersection of pain at the nervous system. He is a pharmacologist and researches methods against neurodegenerative diseases.

Prof. Dr. Dr. Joachim Nadstawek

Prof. Dr. Dr. Joachim Nadstawek, specialist in anesthesia at the Schmerzzentrum Jankerklinik in Bonn. Prof Nadstawek has been the chairman of the Professional Association of Doctors and Psychological Psychotherapists in Pain and Palliative Medicine Germany eV (BVSD) since May 2011. As chairman, Prof. Nadstawek has been politically and medically very successful in improving the pain therapy care for patients for almost 10 years Germany.

Dr. Dennis Stracke

Pharmacist at MediosApotheke in Berlin, Head of Neurology Department and founding member of the VCA, the association of cannabis supplying pharmacies in Germany. Dennis is one of the bespoke experts of medical cannabis in Germany and one of the most reputable pharmacists and experts in the area of medicinal cannabis.

Dr. Knud Gastmeier

Dr. Knud Gastmeier

Dr. Knud Gastmeier, resident doctor, specialist in anesthesia with the additional designation of special pain therapy and palliative medicine, head of the cannabis working group in BVSD e.V., founding member and long-term chairman of the IABSP (Interdisciplinary Working Group of Brandenburg Pain Therapists and Palliative Medicine).

Dr. Mark Dankhoff

Dr. Mark Dankhoff is a specialist in general medicine, nutritional medicine, diabetes primary care and hypertensiology, trained in addiction medicine and an expert in the treatment of cardiovascular risk factors. Among other things, he worked as a consulting doctor in the board department for health services research at a large German health insurance company. He is currently Head Physician and CEO of a specialist clinic for children and adolescents.

Prof. Dr. Dr. Alexander Görlach

Alexander Görlach is a professor of ethics and theology at the University of Lüneburg, who previously served in various positions at Harvard University (USA) and Cambridge University (UK). He is the founder of the debate magazine ‘The European’, which he also ran as its editor in chief from 2009 until 2015. Today Mr. Görlach is an op-ed contributor to the New York Times and Neue Zürcher Zeitung. He is also a columnist to Wirtschaftswoche and Deutsche Welle.

Uwe Laue

Uwe Laue is an expert on the German healthcare system and its health insurance landscape. He was chairman of the Private Health Insurance Association (PKV) from 2013 to 2019 as well as chairman of the management board of the Debeka Insurance Group from 2002 to 2018, to which he was appointed in 1998. Furthermore, he served as a member of the Presidential Council of the German Insurance Association (GDV) from 2013 to 2019.

Georg Streiter

Georg Streiter reported for decades on politics in Germany for various newspapers and magazines. From 2011 to 2018, he was deputy spokesman of the German government to Chancellor Angela Merkel. Since then, he has worked as an independent communications and political consultant in Berlin.
