The Berlin-based health and life science company Sanity Group aims to improve people’s quality of life through the use of cannabinoids and the utilization of the endocannabinoid system. The focus is on pharmaceuticals (medical cannabis; finished pharmaceuticals) and medical products on the one hand, and cannabinoid-based consumer goods on the other. Sanity Group, founded in Berlin in 2018 by Finn Age Hänsel and Fabian Friede, is supported financially and strategically by investors such as Casa Verde Capital (Snoop Dogg), Navy Capital, Redalpine, HV Capital, Calyx, Cherry Ventures, Bitburger Ventures, SOJE Capital, and various business angels and celebrities such as Will.i.am (Black Eyed Peas), Scooter Braun, Hollywood actor Alyssa Milano and German soccer player Mario Götze.

What we do:
Sanity Group’s medical business, including medical cannabis brands Vayamed and AVAAY Medical, and subsidiaries Belfry Medical (medical products & digital applications) and Endosane Pharmaceuticals (finished pharmaceuticals).
Near Frankfurt am Main, Germany, Sanity Group operates a cannabis extract production and processing facility with laboratory.
Sanity Group’s Consumer business with the brands VAAY (wellbeing) and This Place (functional natural cosmetics); further brands are planned.
